I handle the design and production entirely from scratch right in my workshop—completely human-made with no AI involved. Every patch is individually laser-engraved and finished to bring out the deep, rich contrast against the natural grain of the leather.

The perimeter features a premium faux-stitching border that frames the crest perfectly and gives it a clean, rugged, uniform look. This flexible circular patch is perfect for iron-on, glue-on or sew-on applications. Add it to backpack pockets, tactical gear, flight jackets, denim vest layouts, or custom hats or whatever

2.5 inches in diameter and just under 1/16" thick. 

Thickness: A solid 1/2" thick (1/4" base + 1/4" raised emblem).

Materials: Premium wood, metallic paint, heavy-duty hardware, and a lot of sanding.
